யுத்தகாலத்தில் பிறர்காணி உறுதிகளில் மோசடி செய்த அதிகாரிகளுக்கு எதிராக நடவடிக்கை.
யுத்தம் இடம் பெற்ற காலத்தில் வடக்கு கிழக்கு பகுதிகளில் ஒருவருடைய காணியை சட்விரோதமான முறையில் இன்னொருவருக்கு உரிமை மாற்றிக் கொடுத்த அரசாங்க உத்தியோகத்தர்களுக்கு எதிராக ஒழுக்காற்று நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு சட்ட நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படவுள்ளதாக காணி மற்றும் காணி அபிவிருத்தி அமைச்சு அறிவித்துள்ளது.
இவ்வாறு சட்டவிரேதமான முறையில் காணி உரிமம் மாற்றம் செய்வதற்கு புலிகள் இயக்கம் மற்றும் அரசாங்க அதிகாரிகளும் வற்புறுத்தியுள்ளதாக அண்மையில் பாதுகாப்பு தரப்பினருடன் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட கலந்துரையாடலின் போது தெரிய வந்துள்ளது.
யுத்தத்தின் காரணமாக ஊரை விட்டும் நிலத்தை விட்டும் வேறு பிரதேசங்களுக்கு சென்றவர்கள் அல்லது வெளிநாடுகளுக்கு சென்ற காணி உரிமையாளர்களடமிருந்து இது தொடர்பாக முறைப்பாடுகள் கிடைத்தவாறு இருப்பதாக அமைச்சு மேலும் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

inside their offices by using their power.The government must take severe dicipilinary actions against these indiciplined workers.There are many saddest stories about some retired teachers,they haven't got their pension even upto their last breath,as they were ignored for pension by these indiciplined workers of the repective department
