இந்த நாடுகளில் வசிப்பவர்கள், அந்தந்த நாடுகளில் வசிப்பதற்கான residency permit வைத்திருந்தால், அத்துடன், கத்தார் அரசால் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ள 188 பிரிவுகளில் தகுதி பெற்றிருந்தால், தோஹா விமான நிலையத்தில் விசாவை பெற்றுக்கொள் ளலாம்.
